Corso Como

Located in the Garibaldi area, Corso Como is probably one of Milan’s most popular and vibrant street. This “poshy” little spot has been for years one of the top places to eat, drink and shop in Milan, well known internationally for its lively nightlife and for the presence of famous nightclubs.

Corso Como tells a lot about the transformation that recently happened in Milan, when the fashion became one of the symbol of the city. Just behind Corso Como, some new built skyscrapers, which are the head offices of the most important fashion companies, surrounded by a beautiful park, in an area now known as “the fashion city”. What is amazing is the contrast scene between the remaining XIX century and the futuristic buildings that popped up around the traditional old buildings. This delightful short pedestrian street is definitely a perfect place for aperitivo and hosts a number of fancy and trendy fashion boutiques you should not miss. The area is particularly enjoyable during spring and summer, when its “al fresco” restaurants and open-air bars attract the international crowd.
