Creperia Vecchia Brera

Imagine to be “teletransported” from the charming and suggestive Brera to the old Paris, in the quarter of Montmartre. Founded in 1985 by Gino and Beppe (the interior design has never changed since then …), the Creperia Caffé Vecchia Brera is a real institution in Milan, a piece of history, an authentic bistrot where you can get quality food and drinks.  40 years of honorable career is not actually a joke, especially in a city like Milan where fashion, trend and life style can easily give you “the red card” and kick you out of the field with no notice, is it ?

The ingredients of success ? Passion, devotion, professionalism and the home made succulent crépes ! Although you can choose tasty dishes from the Italian tradition (such as pasta, meat, fish, gourmet burger, panini, taglieri, cakes, ice cream…) the crêpes are with no doubt the absolute specialty of the house with 80 different options, sweet or savory, to delight any kind of palate. Something you shouldn’t miss!

A perfect place to relax a bit after shopping in Brera, visiting the Castle or walking at Parco Sempione. It can also be a different “alternative” to aperitivo or a sweet way to end your night.

Salted crepes are really worth the visit. PS: spaces are a bit tiny. Make sure to get a corner table for the comfort of your 4 legged friends.
