Panino giusto

35 years in business “non è uno scherzo” (it is not a joke) as the Italians would say… Panino Giusto has become a city “monument”, a very “easy” and casual place to taste one of the most authentic, genuine and typical example of local “culinary art”: the “panino”.

Fresh bread, selected ingredients, good looking, hand made, a lot of  love … … the “culture” of Panino Giusto can be summarized in tradition, innovation and excellence in other words  “quality without compromises”; this is the simple reason why this format  has been successfully exported to London, Hong Kong and Japan and who knows what’s gonna happen in the next future ?

Every “gourmet sandwich” is a pure harmony of taste and aspires to supreme perfection. The original and rich menu is twisting from classic style panini (panino del macellaio) to creative and experimental inventions (panino stellato). Every single masterpiece has been studied, tested and “produced” by the Academy (the “panini university”)  using all the best organic ingredients of the Italian “school” such as meat, fish, veggies and cheese.

The atmosphere is very informal and “pet friendly”, prices are affordable and the staff is always pleasant. Our favorite Panino Giusto is  located around Via Torino (but you will find many others around town). Sitting by the window with your furry friends, observing the young “colorful” crowd walking from Colonne to Via Torino (and viceversa) while relishing your panino, is a sort of “real tv therapy” to recover from heavy shopping  … but make sure you fasten the leash to prevent your quadruped from chasing your sandwich … Panino Giusto is irresistible for any creature… with 2 or 4 legs … absolutely PAWesome !
