If you are strolling around Brera or coming from a long walk at Parco Sempione, you might fancy a fast, traditional and quality bite, for a good price. Our solution is the Focaccia al Formaggio (focaccia with cheese), one of the Italian food culture icons. A genuine and healthy product coming from an old tradition: flour, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil and creamy cheese (no additives or chemical ingredients). At Vianson you can feel the authentic smell of bread, oil and (crescenza) cheese. You can also “wear” your focaccia  with pesto (a special sauce made of basil, garlic, olive oil and pecorino cheese), Prosciutto di Parma (ham), Pancetta (Italian bacon) and choose the dimensions (mini, normal, maxi). Get the chance to taste the real focaccia “Liguria style” without having to go to Genova
PS: if your dogs love cheese this place is gonna be very tempting. For this reason make sure you keep the leash strictly on to avoid “assaults” (as it happened to us at our first “secret visit”) and don’t forget to spare a little cheesy bite to share this “palate experience” with your furry friend.
